“Great location, but beware of the stairs!”
The best

Great location in the Casco Antiguo, with plenty of terrazas for a drink and pintxos, but in August, everything was so busy it was nearly impossible to get a table anywhere. Within walking distance of almost anywhere you might want to visit in Vitoria.

To be improved

The apartment is on a fourth floor with no lift, which is okay if you are young and healthy, but not good for anyone with problems of mobility, asthma, etc. Very basic flat with limited conveniences (no bedside tables, no extra dishes or cutlery - only one per person), but still comfortable.
