The apartment is located outside the downtown area, which makes it convenient for those driving to Granada. It also comes with a parking spot, so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of finding parking in the downtown area. The host was responsive.

To be improved

The apartment felt like it had just been used by the host and quickly cleaned for the guest. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and organized, and there weren’t even any paper towels provided. The host suggested we use a dirty cloth from under the kitchen sink instead. Overall, it was not convenient, and unfortunately, we were not happy with our stay.

“Apartment has potential, but stinky and dirty”

The host was always reachable and helpful. Tried to collaborate to resolve the issues, I appreciated.

To be improved

The apartment was stinky and not so clean, especially the bathroom. Towels and bed sheets didn't look fresh either. I sent videos and pics to the host who offered for a cleaner the day after. There was no hot water: the technician came within 3 hours but the problem could not be solved The apartment has two bedrooms, but only one bedroom has air conditioning. Considering all the above mentioned issues, I decided to leave the property as soon as I could, that means the day after.

Location (atmosphere, clean, contact with owner),, swimming pool, quiet surroundings, kitchen facilities were very good (oven, fridge, Coffee machine etc). Stable wifi. Unexpectedly very nice restaurants on the other side of the Block (La mafia italian resto, also Cala, but the latter was closed, probably due to holidays).Big Mercadona supermarket on 5 mins' walk 7 Mins bus ride to center of Granada ( bus station 3 mins walk).

To be improved

We would have appreciated an airco in the 2nd bedroom. Furthermore: the bed in the 2nd bedroom really creaked...if your roomy/bedmate turns over in his/her sleep, you will definitely wake up ..... This should/could be fixed with minor investment/effort, we think.
