“Bad communication”

Location was very good. Size good. All i needed was in apartment.

To be improved

Sofa uncomfortable. Bedroom at front opposite bars etc, bit noisy. Couldnt get sofa bed pulled out. No english channels. Communication with owners not good. Language barrier. Light in balcony area not working. Would be better if s.one met me at apartment and show how things worked. Shouldnt be charged £40.

“Enjoyable stay in the apartment which is ideally situated in a busy part of Benidorm.”

The best

The apartment was ideal for our needs with the added bonus of a washing machine in the apartment. The air-con system was very welcome as it was very hot when we were in Benidorm in June. Collection of the keys was easy and although there wasn't a safe in the apartment, the property was very secure as you needed a key for the entrance door to the property and another two keys for the grill gate and the front door of the apartment. The swimming pool was great and very clean as were the grounds. The caretaker was always busy keeping the garden and grounds neat and tidy.

To be improved

Although there was a TV in the apartment, we couldn't get any English speaking channels even though we had followed the instructions we were given to tune these in! We thought we were getting an apartment with a balcony but we didn't which was a bit of a disappointment! The photo on the website gives a false impression because it shows a photo of the pool with the apartment block opposite it instead of showing the actual apartment block!!
