The apartment was clean and well furnished for a family with good amenities.

To be improved

The location is a bit isolated and takes 12-15 minute ride to town for gas or other important supplies. I recommend this for large groups for activities but small families may feel lonely as not many occupants or visitors for most of the winter months.

“Week holidays in Isla Canela”

The best

We loved the location with parking access in the apartment, the swimming pool and close access to the beach. Also the balcony area is great for dinners outside with the warm weather. We appreciated a lot the support from the Canela Services team (Natalie and Colin) that were amazing specially when we forgot the keys inside and closed the door.

To be improved

Although overall apartment looked cleaned, we noticed the floor needing wash when we walked in bare feats. We also found dirty below furniture, in some corners and the curtains to the balcony were dark from the hands.

We had requested a late check in time due to a evening flight. This was approved and we received an email confirming check in between 10pm and 11pm. We received a message via text from agents around 9pm to say we had missed check in as it closed at 8pm. We had to book into alternative accommodation
