first they asked me for money for parking, which is free, so they told me the day before to leave the apartment, no one met me at the address, although it was written when I made the reservation that someone would be there. I spent an hour looking for the address, which even the neighbors didn't know. two shower towels and two hand towels in five days, shame. only two garbage bags, I also had to buy a paper towel because there were two dish cloths. I was really disappointed. the apartment is good, we had no complaints, but everything else was bad
