“Needs renovating and over priced..”
The best

The apartment block is nice.. lovely pool and community. Good location to the beach and main road. Not far to walk to the city center.. some local bars restaurants and shops..

To be improved

There is no free parking.. I selected parking included when booking this apartment.. and paid for the apartment expecting it.. i could of booked cheaper apartments in the same area with free street parking..it is its very hard to get parking out on the streets.. we had a rental car and had to park it a few hundred metres from the apartment most of the time.. the apartment is very dated and dirty.. it needs new bed sheets and a good clean.. towels are old.. and the white walls are dirty.. doors with holes in them and miss matched tiles on the floors and walls with lots of holes drilled in them.. Overall we had a good holiday in torrevieja but the apartment was a let down
