“Superb”

The best

The apartment is like on photos and clean. The parking we were not using, we found parking on street every time. (The garage door need key, dont go down earlier than to room). Liked the free cancelation and payment on site.

To be improved

The only 1 bad was, that in the kitchen were ants, and can not leave food on the table. I dont remember for other reviews.

“Very nice location and good experience”

The best

Apartments are very clean, and all appliances work well. WiFi speed is good: I had several video calls during my stay without any problems. The temperature was comfortable in November. Fans are enough to chill a bit if necessary. Check-in and check-out were organised very well. Ideal location, 3 minutes to the beach by walk. The beach has fine sand, and the ocean is pretty shallow here, so i think it would be ideal for kids. Water is clean despite the port near the beach. Nice promenade with amazing sunset views and lots of restaurants. 1h driving to Teide cable car, less than 20 minutes to los Gigantos beach. I would also recommend Playa La Jaquita near Alcala in approximately 10 minutes by car. You can find there 3 small sandy beaches with nice infrastructure and natural swimming pools. For light tracking experience, you can go to circular walk around Chineyro Volcano (~30 minutes driving in Teide's direction). The route is easy but spectacular.

To be improved

Balcony is pretty narrow, and views could be better. I saw lots of complaining about the garage, and I agree that for the first time, descending looks scary. But I would recommend just keeping calm, moving slowly, and renting a reasonably sized car. Drive a bit closer to the external wall (left during driving in, right when driving out), and everything will be OK.

“Very good”

The best

Very nice and clean apartment! The kitchen was fully functional, lots of shelves and wardrobes everywhere so we could put away our stuff. The place was fairly quiet, too. The place was rather spacious. The place is perfect for longer stays for sure as it had absolutely everything. The bathroom was spotless clean and the shower head has good pressure.

To be improved

We wished that there were mosquito nets and a fan, at least. It would get extremely stuffy and hot during day. At night there were the small sand flies/pappataci that would bite us during night. While there is a parking lot, it is underground and extremely tight, very tricky to navigate.

“Very good value for the money”

The best

It has everything you need to live there for a longer period of time. You can cook, do the laundry, reheat food and similar things.

To be improved

Missed a basic knife sharpener and knives were extremelly dull and the fridge was leaking water occarinally.
