The best

Property was located near to the beach and even had a sea view from the balcony. Javier was always available for help with any questions, we had. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, to cover all of our cooking needs. The location was perfect just outside of València so away from the crowds but easy enough to travel in to we had a car rental but I saw lots of buses

To be improved

We came a bit off season so the mini market wasn’t open

It is very close to beach Swimming Pool

No Air Conditioner Price is high when comparing to facility Very old furniture Not clean Cleaner ladies were not polite Although the check out time is T 13:00 They claimed us to leave early
