Apartamento playa

The apartment is 5 minutes from the beach. It is equipped with everything you need, as if you were at home. Whatever we were missing was provided by the owner. We received assistance from the host about restaurants, beaches, how to get to the center of Valencia. Thank you also for taking us to the airport because our flight was very early.

Lovely experience with my beloved family, from 1st to 7th of September, even the wheater wasn't the same. Firstly thanks so much to Fernando the host, who always took care of us from the beginning welcoming, suggesting us every moment, what to visit and where to eat....till the last minute goodbye, bringing us to the impossible nowhere ugliest airport of Castellon. Anyway, the apartment is really cute and comfortable, from the bedrooms to the open space living room, with everything you need, for the kitchen, the wc and else. The apartment is at the 6th floor, it was almost windy and not hot at all but if you need there is air conditioning and fan, both in the living room than in the main room close to the upper lamp. There's a small bar restaurant inside the property of the apartment, with both pool, tennis and squash courts. A big supermarket is 2 minutes by walk, as the promenade and the beach of Pobla de Farnals is only 4 minutes. If you want to spend some diners out, La Dolce Vita restaurant is the only best choice. Valencia is well served in about 30 minutes by the cheapest line 112 and the bus stop is closer to the apartment. Taxi aren't so cheapest. Anyway if you want visit more places or cities, is better rent a car. Hope to come back sooner, because we really loved and appreciated Fernando and his apartment. Hasta la vista!

The host was very kind; he was there to welcome us and show us the apartment. He also gave us good restaurant and travel recommendations. The apartment looks way better than the photos (they were taken at night and don't justify the place). It is part of a gated community and 6-minute walk to the beach. The place is quite spacious with all the facilities required. It's part of a residential neighbourhood, so it's quiet and peaceful. Good for relaxing. The living area also receives good sunlight. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for family relaxing.

Upon arrival it was so clean, and the furniture and appliances were in such excellent condition that we doubted whether we were the first guests here. The location is ideal: several beaches, a huge supermarket, restaurants and a bus stop to Valencia - everything is within walking distance, even for a family with a small child. A comfortable and cheap bus to Valencia runs every hour and takes you almost to the city center in 25 minutes. The house has a private area with its own small cafe, open on weekends, is not on the first line and the surrounding area is very quiet. The apartment is on a high floor and the sea can be seen through a huge panoramic window on the entire wall. Fernando is a wonderful host. He met us personally, told us in detail about everything that was around, gave recommendations for local restaurants and places in Valencia, instantly answered any questions, and shared a local taxi contact for transfer upon departure. Definitely recommend!

Location is just walking distance to the beach. Good food and bars around. Unit is very huge and we were on the 6th floor so had a great view. Well kept and super clean! Very windy! I must add that they have good kitchenette facilities. Host is very kind. People around are very nice.
