Got wrong information from agent about apartment number, and only got 1 set of keys,apartment was dirty. Sofa bed was very old, uncomfortable and broken, taps loose in kitchen and bathroom, no electric kettle. Took 2 days of our holiday to sort the above out. Then we had to wait in so they could collect a set of keys for cleaners as we had a early flight
