Location, security, quietness, two small balconies and lightness of the apartment, kitchen adequate, washing machine

To be improved

Beds were a bit too soft, the towels were small and thin and only 6 for 4 people, the cutlery, crockery, glasses, tea towels and pantry stuff were the bare minimum. All was okay, but…

“Lovely apartment near the centre of town”

The best

In a lovely quiet courtyard but only minutes walk from the main central area. Very clean and comfortable, nice big shower and plenty of towels. Having the garage was a real bonus as parking is at a premium in Jerez.

To be improved

Bit of a drain smell in the bathroom but this seems to be the same everywhere in Jerez, it certainly wouldn’t put me off staying here again.

It was an apartment. the location was excellent.

To be improved

There was a washing machine but no place to dry your laundry. no manuele to how to use the oven or cooking. We could not even boil eggs. The biggest problem was the keys only one set for 2 gates and the door. I was travelling with a friend and we had differet timetables. One left early in the morning to walk and the other in the afternoon. It was really difficult with the keys. The landlady spoke only spanish. We did not even see her, no chech-in or out.

Location is fantastic. Walking distance from the centre of town with a garage for ONE car. 2 couples need to be aware of this, one of you will either have to park a distance away for free parking or keep topping up the meter on a nearby parking space (3-5 Euros a day). Aircon in all rooms. Kitchen had oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and most things you need. For 2 couples the price was very good value. Gave comprehensive arrival instructions. Host was very helpful.

To be improved

Minor issues but...... The garage door key should be left in the key box, rather than have to go all the way to the property for it. It does fit, I tried. There should be a key for the garage stairs so you don't have to return via the road. There was also a power cut so we then had no access to our car. The power cut isn't the hosts fault but no key is. We need instructions for the Aircon AND cooker. They both work perfectly well, but only if you know how. Seating - there are only 3 comfortable seats for 4 people. Why? The beds are not big.
