Location, being met by a lovely friendly member of staff, very comfortable bed, and being contacted (by WhatsApp) on the morning we checked out, to ask if we'd enjoyed our stay and to advise us re left-luggage. Thank you!

To be improved

One or two minor issues: shower sprayed the bathroom floor and we couldn't adjust it, toilet seat creaked, no kettle (which made it quite difficult to make a cup of tea!) no instructions for the hob (which we needed to use to boil water for a drink). All very easily rectified, and would have made our visit more enjoyable. We were only there for one night so it didn't really matter to us!

The apartment is quirky and full of character, overlooking the historical Plaza de la Corredera, the site of bullfights and executions in the past, and now crowded with cafés and restaurants, and home to a busy market. We were there on a public holiday, which meant the plaza was noisy until past 2am. We didn't mind this at all. The apartment is very well situated, just 15 minutes walk to the Mezquita and 5 minutes to the elegant Plaza Tendillas. It's well equipped and looked after by Jaime, who was extremely helpful, meeting us with the keys, looking after our luggage and offering tips for our stay.

To be improved

There wasn't a kettle and no instructions on how to use the coffee machine but otherwise everything was great.
