“Good value for money”

The best

Nice studio in the center of Puerto de la Cruz that has everything you need for a short stay. The hosts let us leave our luggage at their office for a few hours after check-out.

To be improved

The instructions for getting in the building and in the flat were not very clear. We had to call the hosts for clarifications. As the flat is very centrally located it is a bit nosy at night.

The staff of the ocean rentals team was so nice and helpful. The apartment looks like the photos, it’s close to supermarkets.

To be improved

It’s a tad noisy from the outside restaurants and Plaza on the weekends.

“Wonderful, cozy”

The best

We had a wonderful stay! The size of the room was more than enough, which made it very comfortable. Everything was extremely cozy, beautifully furnished, and there was plenty of space. The decor felt very homey and welcoming. The entire apartment layout was very convenient, and it was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent – close to the bus station, the ocean, a square with lots of restaurants, and the main pedestrian streets. It's in a very charming area. Although we didn't meet the staff in person, they were very friendly, and we loved the online check-in process and the access with codes.

“Nice flat in the city center. A bit noisy in the night ( neighbors snore really loud 😄)”

Location is great. Self check in and check out. No keys needed. Nice bathroom. Clean electric kettle (thank you). Basically everything you need.

To be improved

It’s noisy. If balcony door is open (during the night) you hear noise from a street. If “courtyard” windows are open you hear how neighbors snore or what hey watch on TV 😅 Kitchen is not perfect. All plates and glasses are on top shelf, not really comfortable for short people. But there was a step stool(thanks)

“Superb”

The best

The apartment has everything you need. It is in the very heart of the city and yet very quiet at night. The bed is extremely comfortable. And we truly appreciate Emanuel's timely support.

To be improved

The code to unlock the apartment's door did not work on a couple of occasions but the agency provided immediate support via WhatsApp and we received a new code
