The best

The apartment was bigger than I expected from the photos. The neighbourhood was very pleasant and safe. There were conversations at night in the plaza, and being summer we had the windows open and could hear them, but this was not a problem for us, as they were not loud and they stopped by midnight. The kitchen was very well equipped and we could sort our dinners and breakfast with no problem. The bathroom was a bit small, but functional, modern and clean. The beds were very comfy and the bedrooms had plenty of room for storing our clothes and suitcases. There were supermarkets nearby and the beach was only 10 min away walking. The neighbours were pleasant and there were no noises in the building that could feel uncomfortable. I would repeat the accommodation here, although it is a bit expensive.

To be improved

When I booked through booking.com it was indicated that I could pay using my card or via bank transfer. However, the host requested the payment to be done in cash upon arrival. This is not easy when you travel from abroad with a different currency. We had to change pounds to euros in the UK and travel with them. I don't think this is safe and certainly not the best way to do trading nowadays. Certainly something to improve. This included part of the payment (part had been taken from my card with no problem) and also a deposit (which was returned in full also in cash). I would also have liked to have internet. Again, coming from abroad, this is the only way to stay in touch, check trips information, communicate with friends and family (and the host!), etc.
