More towels needed but only a small thing as it was such good value.

3 people, 4 nights - 3 bath towels, one face towel and one shower exit. Unacceptable. If we wanted more, it would have cost us extra. Terrible soundproofing. In the room with the ‘balcony’ you could easily hear the noise from the street. In the internal room, with no windows, you could clearly hear the other people in the building, either talking or footsteps. As the stairs were made of wood, we were easily woken up. Little privacy in the bathroom - with the bathroom next to the kitchenette, the sliding door was impractical and didn't close all the way, so you could see through the gaps. Showering was a difficult exercise because the cabin was so cramped. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and the shower base was pitch black from all the dirt that had accumulated. There were three of us and we only had access to two sets of keys. The amenities they say are included are not there. We were left with a bottle of shower gel that had already been opened, probably left by previous guests. The key was not given to us by anyone in charge of the flat - it was left in a souvenir shop next door for us to collect. We only spoke to the person in charge by Whatsapp.

The cleanliness was not perfect, the second room was dusty and the main room had no proper door. Basic toiletries were lacking, just one tissue paper for our stay. Poor ventilation in the apartment and illumination light has to be put on. Tight and small hall way, best for at most two nights stay.

The apartment is not clean and small and needs improvement and renovation /repair. The doors inside do not close!!
