Convenient to subways and plaza walking distance to a lot of places, if you don’t mind walking. Restaurants and shopping were a plus. Groceries close by. Had a stove, fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Pots and pans glassware utensils etc.

To be improved

Loud! Front entry door off street very loud when it closes. The nighttime noise was loud. You could hear the trucks dropping off the restaurants shipments. People walking by until about 2 am. If you’re a heavy sleeper great if not bring a sound machine to blockout the noise.

Stairs, lack of lighting. No water pressure in bathroom. Hot water doesn’t last long enough. Bathroom stinks like sewage is getting in.

Position, lightning, general aesthetics, room temperature, confort, dimension, all it was great!

To be improved

It was not that clean. Hair on the ground and dust in the corners. Bathroom sink furniture was old and consumed by water. Hot water was not that enough for two people in the end when showering.

Amazing location, cozy and clean.

To be improved

Smelly bathroom drains, even after leaving the fan extractor on all the time. Sofa bed isn't very comfortable either.
