clean very lightly apartment. Good for a family with 2 kids. We recommend it. very close to the beach.

We recommend replacing the pans are very close to their end life.

Our Host was excellent. The apartment was very clean & close to the pool. The outside sun terrace & shade was fantastic.

To be improved

Comfort - Needs proper beds in the 2nd bedroom. Camp & bunk beds are not ideal for adults. Location - Advertised as 'Accessible'. No mention of the steep slope from the road up to the apartment building. Pool - Needs some attention / maintenance.

The best

This is a really lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is beautiful and really superbly equipped and decorated. It has absolutely everything you’d need. it’s right by a fabulous beach with a couple of very good restaurants within walking distance, yet the area is quiet and not too touristy.You can catch a bus or taxi into the old town of Alicante which is fun, historic and full of character.

To be improved

we liked it all. it’s on the ground floor but there are lockable shutters and it’s in a locked and gated development with a swimming pool, gardens and tennis court, very close to the beach. The owner was really helpful and friendly, she takes a lot of pride in the apartment and really cares about her guests.
