“Lovely stay in Javea.”

The best

Location excellent. A lovely 10 minute stroll along the small boat harbour on the canal to the fabulous sandy family friendly beach and an easy stroll along the front to the main shopping area and harbour. Great selection of eateries and bars. Good selection of supermarkets nearby. Easy and secure parking. Garden in the sun all day and gate access to pool areas.

To be improved

We are not sporting people but for those that are the property’s location immediately next to the urbanisation’s basketball, football and tennis courts would be a bonus. The noise barrier between apartments could be better.

“Nice stay, good location, big apartment”

The best

The apartment has a very good location and there is enough space in the different rooms. Next to that it has stable wifi to do your office work from the apartment. Nice view over the pool and the kitchen has all options you need. The host is easy to contact and friendly.

To be improved

There were two things that could be better. One is that we needed to get the key in the neighborhood and not that we were received at the apartment. Now we had to look for the right doors etc by ourselves, after a long journey by car it is more relaxed to see the someone at the apartment that can explain the basics of the apartment and then neighborhood. The second thing is that the boiler of the hot water is not really big. So if the first person is taking a relaxed shower the second person has cold water.
