Apartamento Premium Ubi Perfecta

Before our arrival we've been given a link to some suspicious portal in which we were supposed to put our personal information, including photos of our IDs, as well as pay some extra cleaning fee (which was never mentioned in our booking conditions). I refused to fill it in and pay any extra. Once we arrived and got into the apartment, it appeared that it is not cleaned after the previous guests. The entered to see used towels and bed sheets, dirty dished, dirty shower, sinks and floors, as well lack of toilet paper. We called the owner and asked for immediate cleaning. Good thing is that the cleaning service arrived and did their job quite quickly. Unfortunately, it was not over. Even though there were 5 of us, they left bed sheets only for 4. So I had to call them again to ask for the missing bedding. It was already late in the night and we were really tired for waiting again. The apartment is definitely not big enough for 4 adults + 1 kid. And I cannot imagine being there in group of 6 adults…

Not a reflection on the apartment but the city itself, parking was incredibly difficult. There is a public parking lot nearby but costs €20 per night. It is possible to find on-street parking but you have to be either very patient or very lucky.
