I have rated this property as low as i can because I am still over a month later trying to get my deposit back that i will say was never mentioned they would need one. The company they used took payment 3 times out of my account. i was able to have that returned. Air conditioner didn't work it was 35 degrees and yes, they moved us to another unit the next day but that was a day wasted in Seville waiting for tenants to move out so we could move out. owner keeps saying it was returned but it wasnt.
