“Passable”

The best

We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment and I can say that the location is excellent — very close to the beach and the main attractions in Las Palmas. The view from the terrace is truly beautiful.

To be improved

However, there are a few aspects that could be improved: 1. The cleanliness was disappointing from the moment we arrived. We found hair on the bathroom floor and sand in the shower, which was unpleasant after a long trip. 2. The biggest issue during our stay was the presence of cockroaches. We found cockroaches throughout the apartment, including in the bedroom, which seriously affected our comfort. 3. Unfortunately, we couldn’t fully enjoy the terrace view because one of the neighbors, who didn’t speak English, was quite intrusive. We felt uncomfortably watched every time he was on the adjoining balcony.

“Perfect accommodation, stayed here twice now, wish I could own a similar property as it is perfect for this location”

Very clean, towels and sheets provided, location can’t be beaten , supermarket next to main door , comfortable , everything you need for a few weeks stay , attention to detail for example coffee machine with pods , brand new toilet brush with every rental , water and wine on arrival etc

“Great apartment with outstanding balcony and location”

The best

The location on the beach is perfect with a large balcony with table and loungers, great if you dont want to sit on the hot beach all day. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you need plus complementary wine, water and hot drinks. We have stayed here twice and been great both times.

To be improved

It can get a bit noisy with all the other neighbours so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

“Great stay”

The best

Family of 3 stayed 6 nights. Great apt with superb view few steps to the Sea. No sounds of traffic. Very easy Check-in at the airport at 10 PM and Check-Out with no hassle. Got welcome package and beach towels. Very clean apartment, has everything one needs. 3rd floor two lifts. Good services all around the area.

To be improved

Apartments door to the stairway which is quite annoying because it catches the floor thus is hard and noisy to open/close.
