Apartamento Principe Pio

We stayed in Madrid for four nights in June 2025 and rented this apartment for six people. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the city. We slept very comfortably, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very practical. The apartment was spotless. On the second day, housekeeping came and changed our towels, a detail we greatly appreciated. Communication with the owner was excellent; he was always attentive and willing to help. He gave us very useful recommendations about the city. We also had the opportunity to enjoy his restaurant, which is very close to the apartment. We highly recommend it!

We'd booked the Principe Pio apartment, primarily for its location within walking distance of the Temple of Debod and the Royal Palace. Communication, both prior to and during our stay, was fabulous with quick and comprehensive responses and instructions. When we met Carlos he had excellent English and was genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. Private parking is available in the attached underground car park for €25 per night. The Temple of Debod is about 10 minutes walk and the Royal Palace is about 15 minutes walk. The apartment was spacious, quiet and well equipped. The wifi worked well and everything inside was clean and modern. There is a breakfast café about 2 minutes walk away and a lovely restaurant for dinner about 3 minutes walk away. The only change we would suggest is privacy screens on the window so you can put the blinds up with everyone looking in. A fantastic stay.

One of the best place i have stayed. Definitely recommend it for everyone. Even a family trip too. Very close to city centre, shopping, sightseeing and food.

The place is really spacious. There are three big rooms, each with a fully equipped bathroom. Kithcen is small. You can not cook, but there is a fridge, so you can keep fruits or something for breakfast/ light dinner.

I was late for checking and Carlos find an easy way. Location of the apartment was perfect for our group. The breakfast in the morning was the cherry on the cake
