“Broken boiler”
The best

The AC is working, two functional bathrooms and an equipped kitchen.

To be improved

From the first day, the water was rusty, meaning a problem with the boiler, confirmed also by the condition of the boiler itself which looked damaged. No action from the owners after informing them. During the last days, the kitchen was flooded with water from the boiler which kept running, again no action from the owners after informing them. Disappointing.
