The best

Apartment itself was comfortable and well equipped with plenty of space.

To be improved

Major renovation work in hallway, stairs and landing. Dirty and covered in dust and plaster debris. Had to ask owner to arrange for apartment to be cleaned because dust had come into the apartment. See photos.
