The best

The appartment is furnitured cosy and functional. The location was perfect to discover Bilbao by foot and also easy to reach from the bus terminal. The communication with Inigo was easy going. I can absolutely recommend the appartment.

The best

It was only 7 min walk over the bridge to the old town. The instructions to get into the apartment were very clear and simple. The bed was very comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from outside.

The location is convenient, a short walk into the old town.

To be improved

The management was worse than useless. I alerted them at the beginning of my stay that the wifi wasn’t working properly, and that there was a broken front door lock and broken window blind. Despite my repeated requests, two weeks later at the end of my stay nothing had been done about anything.

shower didn’t drain. Wi-Fi didn’t work. told the manager about the problems. no fix.
