“Amazing place to stay at with a bigger group”

The best

More pluses than minuses 1. Communication with the agency/landlord was excellent. Clear instructions on obtaining the key were provided, including images. 2. The price-to-quality ratio is outstanding. 3. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it easy to walk around even at night. 4. The apartment had everything we needed—and more—including towels, shower accessories, olive oil, coffee, spices, etc. 5. The terrace was so amazing that we spent almost the entire day there. 6. The €500 deposit was not charged in advance, which was convenient as there was no need to wait for its return.

To be improved

Areas for improvement :) 1. At times, there was no hot water immediately after someone had used the shower. 2. The apartment could benefit from a slight renovation, but it still looks decent in its current state. 3. It would be nice to have more trash bags and cleaning supplies, such as dishwasher detergent. 4. Until the last day, we didn’t realize that we could exit through the nearest gate (by the trash bins). Including this in the check-in instructions would be a great addition for future guests! :)

“Clean, efficient but tired inside and needs maintenance.”

The best

Excellent communication from host. Very clean and aircon worked well. Quiet location, minutes walk from supermarket. Great pools and local facilities.

To be improved

The toaster kept short-circuiting the fuse board, so we lost electricity. Took a few tries to realise what the problem was. Some of the sockets were loose in the bathrooms and the master bedroom toilet didn't flush.
