Not so clean, not many plates and glasses etc., some things did not work when we arrived, the balcony was wet due to air condition and was not easy to Open the glass windows. However they repaired broken things Quick so the staff was good.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartments in Puerto Banús! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the marina, restaurants, and the beach. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a great spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

The best

The location was fantastic for what we needed. We were visiting friends for a function. The rooms were a great size, beds really comfortable and good to have 2 bathrooms. Didn't get chance to use the pool as it was early October but it looked lovely.

To be improved

The 2nd bathroom with the bath had a shower head but no attachment for the wall so couldn't use as a 2nd shower room so we were all using the other bathroom for showers. It couldn't be used as a handheld shower either as the porcelain on the shower head was broken, exposing the pipe, which got too hot so couldn't be held. If these 2 things were sorted, it would make the 2 bathroom full functional. Although the property was generally clean, I feel that the bathroom could be cleaned better around the shower cubicle where limescale has gathered and looks a little unsightly in the shower room. Though it didn't affect us so much, the kitchen did not appear to be fully equipped for cooking- lacking in number of glasses (only 2 ) and cooking utensils. Regardless of all the above, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again

A instruction booklet would have been useful for things like WiFi, amenities, where to put bins, how to get to pool etc etc… it appeared to be a recently acquired appartment to the rental game so I hope the management company can take on board the comments as it has potential.
