The best

The apartment was comfortable, central to all attractions with a friendly helpful ‘Portera’. We liked the restaurants beach and views of the port. The apartment was clean and well prepared and hosts were easily contactable and responsive. We were given a nice tortilla and beer as a welcome gift.

To be improved

An observation not a complaint: a multi port socket to connect the internet and TV was faulty - which I easily replaced with a spare. For a 10 day stay there were no bathroom cleaning products. We bought a product.

The best

Great location, very comfortable beds, wonderful view, clean apartment. Easy to park, easy to walk into Gijón.

To be improved

Slight issue with check-in, where we had to wait for someone to open the building door so we could get into the apartment. But quickly overcame that, and a great first impression when we stepped into the apartment.

The apt is in a plaza setting with restaurants below. It was a bit of noise, but NOT very loud. The windowed terrace was great for relaxing and watching the activities below. It is a very good location for walking to various places and sites. Grocery market within a short walk.

To be improved

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. I'm older (71) and like softer sofas.
