The best

We were met at the agreed arrival time by a wonderfully helpful and polite representative. The location is fantastic for everything. The apartment terrace was larger than expected and we comfortably sat outside most mornings and evenings watching the world go by. Amenities on the doorstep. Restaurants and bars within 10 meters of entrance. There is a lift to reach this second floor apartment. Kitchen is fully equipped and has all necessary utensils and appliances. WiFi is included and speed is excellent. Didn't watch TV but its a good size.

To be improved

The bedframe in the 2nd double bedroom (although it looks new) at the end of the hallway is extremely squeaky! And no, it wasn't due to activity as I was alone! :-) The slightest movement at all and it makes creaking noises that are loud enough to disturb your sleep so I moved into one of the two twin bedded rooms and slept in a single bed.

The terrible smell from the bathrooms/toilets. What a shame . This really made it not a good stay unfortunatly

Outstanding location featuring a balcony with stunning views of the street, mountains, and sea. Exceptional host, Javi, who was friendly and always helpful. Modern, updated decor with a cozy living room.

To be improved

Some maintenance issues need attention, as mentioned by other guests, a noisy but comfortable bed, sewer smell in one of the shower rooms, broken doorknob, broken door hanger in entrance, furniture especially in the kitchen needs updating, with loose handles, drawer fronts... Despite these, the stay was enjoyable.

“Great location, good flat with lots of potential but some aspects are disregarded.”

The best

Great location, facilities as listed. Sea promenade by the flat. Great balcony for breakfast and kitchen super well supplied with appliances, crockery and everything else needed.

To be improved

Communication with hosts was scarce to say the least. Sewage smell coming out of the bathroom and beds are very very low quality. It would be nice to have a sofa big enough to accommodate all guests.
