Smaller clean flat but equipped with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils. Parking inside the areal, located not far from the sea. Very nice remote owner:-)

To be improved

The bed maybe too narrow and soft for us, but its personal evaluation. In general perfect for us, thank you

The best

It was like following the crumbs to get entry. Surely there can be a better way of communicating how to access the property? Otherwise the small unit was very clean and well presented. We appreciated the attention to detail and help on arrival. Bed very comfortable. Parking is off road on the facility which was a real bonus. The location makes it easy to get to Cadiz or Jerez and close to the beach.

To be improved

The owners need to configure the unit for 2 people which would make it very comfortable. As it is by jamming a double bed in a place not suitable just consumes an area which could have the TV and chairs and table and small couch. The place is so congested you bump into things all the time. The table and chairs are not fit for purpose being flimsy and unstable. The shower is a disaster being so small as to be unusable and unsafe. This could be a cosy and comfortable unit. Right now the layout and position of furniture compromise its comfort.
