Apartamento Quintana

Host was wonderful! Location was perfect & the apartment was very clean! This was great for our family of 5 (included 3 young adult children). Grateful for the local recommendations and assistance with parking.

Ana, Javier and Rocio are very nice and efficient managers. They will take excellent care of any need you may have or special situations. Upon my arrival, I was very friendly greeted by Ana who showed me the apartment in detail and made sure everything was to my expectations. Indeed, it was. The apartment is very well equipped, with a very large TV / dining area. Big enough kitchen and three bedrooms (one with full-size bed). From 11:00pm – 8:00am, it is very quiet and during the day is just normal (but never noisy). One very nice touch: if you leave the trash bag outside the apartment door around 5:00pm, it will be picked up. It is very well located, two short blocks from El Fonton (hub for restaurants, small shops, central market and supermarket); 10 min walk to the Cathedral and 15-20 from just about anywhere in central town. Oviedo is known as the cleanest city in Spain with a population of about ¼ million. While visiting the sights, you will enjoy staying at Quintana 9 – nice apartment neighbors - and with the knowledge that you will have the assistance of very nice managers at a phone call away.

The location was prime, very close in city center to many of the tourist attractions (Campo de San Francisco, El Corte Inglés, Gascona (sidrerías), catedral, Fontán, supermarkets, automatic laundromats, etc.), very walkable. Three bedrooms and a fully functional kitchen with two bathrooms, plus living/dining room and breakfast area. Javier was very helpful and attentive to any concerns during the stay.

The hosts were friendly Convenient garage parking 3 bedrooms - beds were comfortable 2 bathrooms with toilet / showers made getting ready easier. Good location few minutes walk to centre of old town Good WiFi & TV facilities

Amazing location right next to the old town. Host was incredibly helpful & friendly, apartment was clean and spacious with good kitchen facilities. Would definitely stay again!
