The best

It was really tidy, well-furnished and in a good spot with easy way to get around. Communication with the host was quick and useful all the way through.

To be improved

The check in process was the one part that could get better. A couple of days before we got there, we got a link that asked us͏ to check-in so we could get the access info for the apartment. Part of this task made us upload pictures of all guests next to their ID or passports. We thought this ask was too much and very intrusive on guest privacy. While we see the need for safety and checking, we think giving just the ID papers (without personal pictures) would have been enough.

The best

It was a beautiful and pleasant experience! Everything looks like in the pictures. The place is clean :) if you go in a group, there is no soundproofing between the rooms and this can be a discomfort for some people. Otherwise, the location is favorable for tourists with a zest for life and sightseeing!

Very close to Tribunal Metro station, a quietly apartment on the 4th floor, with elevator, two bathrooms/showers.

To be improved

The person from check in department had an unfriendly attitude, without any reason .The apartment didn't have an espresso machine as most apartments privide, and also lacked of cutlery (we were 5 persons and only 3 cutlers were provided).
