Location is great with a lot of bars and restaurants in the area, easy to reach center, type of facility very comfortable, apartment is well furnished

To be improved

Few details could have been taken care better: Dirty underwear left in bathroom, coffee machine missing filter, difficult to connect with someone when trying to access facility (multiple calls and no answer for 30 min), sink drain was slow (probably obstructed).

The location was very good. Close to the main street Gran Via. Not a loud area. Easy to access. Comfortable apartment with good facilities

The best

Amazing location, in walking distance to many Madrid's sights. Well-equipped and modern apartment, with plenty of amenities, including salt which is a rare touch. Lots of storage room which is a huge plus in a small apartment like that. Overall, comfortable and pleasant.

To be improved

The setup of the apartment is a bit challenging, as there is a bathroom "window" to the bedroom that could be disturbing at night when someone would be using the bathroom and lighting the whole room when you sleep. I would have appreciated the change of the detergent used for sheets, as it was not fresh enough for me. There can also be some noise from a bar across the street during the weekend, so not ideal for light sleepers.
