Terribly smelly and dirty apartment with mold build up in the air-co. Smelled cigarette everywhere, few and very dirty kitchen utensils, dirty bathrooms with hair on floor, on the toilet,and in the shower. No heaters, 16C in end of December. It is the first time i write a negative review in 15years. We had to leave the apartment shortly after our arrival and had to look for last minute hotel rooms on 28December with the city almost fully booked for the end year festivities. The property management ignores our messages,calls. Still waiting for our refund...
