The flat is nice and the kitchen was well kitted out. The location was great.

To be improved

The flat doesn't get much natural light. For the price they charge, they should provide nice new towels not old discoloured ones, and sheets, which should be professionally cleaned. In addition, on booking it said that a child can stay for free and that the lounge had a sofa bed, but neither of them was true. We had to pay an extra 10 euros a day for an old, unsteady cot in which my child could barely fit.

The apartment was beautiful and ideally situated in the city.

To be improved

We did not really meet any staff. The lock for the main door and the apartment were operated remotely which was not easy initially and quite stressful. A member of staff did come to help eventually but could not speak a word of English . It did work well in the end but there was a constant concern it may not work which would mean we could not get in and the office has very limited hours. I would never book another remotely operated door again !
