“Gorgeous view”

Thanks to the owners of these wonderful apartments. To wake up and see the sea first, opening your eyes, it's like you've entered paradise. The view from the room is wonderful, the apartments are modern and comfortable, the owners are very nice and responsive. The sea is within walking distance, there are many shops and cafes nearby, the area is very lively. I didn't want to leave this place at all, I recommend visiting!🫶

To be improved

The refrigerator is big and good, but when we arrived it was dirty.

“Great family apartment in Benidorm”

The best

- Great location - it’s about 10-15 minutes of walking to the sea beach; it’s also on the 24th floor - which is far enough to not hear the noise of the night clubs around. (And sea beaches are just great in Benidorm). - There is an AC in the apartment. Unfortunately, it’s only in the living room, and in the bedroom you have to use a fan on the ceiling. But it’s overall good. If it’s really hot, you can sleep with an opened window to the balcony - which is absolutely gigantic by the way :) - The balcony can fit a group of people 🙂 - Parking space available and easy to enter. - The personal is great! - The view from the balcony is awesome!

To be improved

- Would be great to have a way to use the AC also in the bedroom - but that’s just smth to improve.

There was building work going on from early morning till evening drilling breakers and dusty on terraced also the pool was having work done and wasn't specified in the booking details

The apartment has everything you require and is very nicely decorated. It is extremely clean and has a great view from a very large balcony. The host keeps in good contact when you message her and was very helpful. The location is very close to the nearest amenities but far away enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. All in all, a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone.

The best

It was well positioned out of the main throng but close enough to walk to the beach or main drag (5mins). I needed accommodation close to the hospital because my husband had become seriously ill whilst on a golfing trip. Lovely view as on 24th floor so no good if scared of heights. Very secure. Not a holiday apartment but in a block of private flats which was nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lovely shower. Wonderful large balcony. Towels provided but no beach towels.

To be improved

The property is perfectly fine. I think it would be even better if the air conditioning was in the bedroom instead of the lounge. There is a lovely fan in the bedroom that has different speeds and is effective but not sure if this is enough at high season. Also there is a pool with paved surround that you can use which is very quiet. I was not able to use it however as there were no chairs or sunbeds provided. I think a couple of beach reclining chairs provided by the apartment would have made a big difference as it would have met I could have sat around the pool.
