Quite clean although quite worn out apartment. Very close to playground and the beach. No problem with parking in the street for free (in February).

To be improved

The heating in air conditioning basically didn’t work so no heating. You need to have everything for cooking including salt and pepper, tee and coffee. There is a coffee machine but you need to have the capsules and of course nobody has… :)
