“Wonderful”
The best

I was impressed with the helpfulness of my contact. That is most important. Wish all contacts/rep were the same. we had an issue with hot water and it was resolved on the same day, the technician who came was helpful, polite and went beyond what he came to the apartment for.

To be improved

The owners of the building need to sort out the entrance hall as it is not a good impression when you open the front door, thankfully the apartment is excellent.
