It's quite old building, but everything works well

Nothing I actually disliked, the apartment should have extra pillows in the wardrobe and maybe a fan for the bedroom, but that’s just a suggestion! The apartment was rather complete and cosy :)

No toaster

No pool as advertised. The man that let us in had no English. I used my phone to translate words to Spanish. When I asked about a pool he rang woman who had English who said the pool was closed. When I questioned where the pool was she again said it was closed and most pools don't in Salou until June. I could not find it even to sit by it. She said I could book another place and it would be refunded. This is not in line with terms and conditions and I could not take the risk of losing more money. The holiday has cost so much extra having to drink/eat out so much more. The electricity switch kept tripping if two things on eg. Kettle and hair dryer, or electric heater which was needed when wind came through blind on left that didn't fully close. The air conditioner did not heat when set to warm. The sunscreen on the balcony did not lift but this did not affect us as we were gone alot. It said body soap would be provided. This was almost empty on arrival as was the washing up liquid. We purchased body wash. Given that we had no pool and therefore could not stay at our apartment and so were eating most of the time. Police on the road a few night. No proper contact. No information given, where rubbish goes etc. Figured all this out but after everything else wasn't impressed. Before we left we got a message on the system to see what time we were going. I replied and and left the keys on the table as told on day one by oleg.

Could have a extra fan for the bedroom.maybe leave instructions for the microwave as it is a modern one and i had trouble understanding how to use it.
