The property is located in a beautiful secure complex within walking distance of the main strip, the facilities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and all kitchen equipment was up to date.

To be improved

The instructions to pick up the keys were delivered very late.

“Solo traveller to san fermin”

Good size apartment, didn't use pool but pool and area looked good and clean, washing machine very useful

To be improved

Needs some sound proofing against road noise, some may find it's a bit far out but I don't mind walking and it's only 10 minutes from front with easy access to strip and matagorda

“Disappointing”

The best

The self checkin was very easy. Great location, a short walk to the beach, easy parking next to the apartment. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. It was also calm and silent. Nice pool, though we didn't use it.

To be improved

The apartment looks worn down and kind of abandoned. Everything is old. The bed linen is quite awful, looks very old and used, thousands of people must have used it. It gives a bit of disgust to sleep in it. I see in the other reviews that it was mentioned as early as in 2023, and it's still the same. It really should have been taken care of, but it seems like no one cares. The pillows are uncomfortable as well. There is a humid smell in the apartment if you don't open the windows. Not surprising, given that there is a patch of mold on the bathroom wall. Overall, it could be an amazing place, but seems left to degrade.

“Great apartment and complex”

The best

Nice apartment on a lovely quiet complex which was kept very clean and tidy. Host Maria kindly let us check out later on our final day as we had an evening flight home.

To be improved

No English channels on the TV but it didn't spoil our holiday. Would have been an issue if we'd been doing a long stay break of 2 -3 weeks which we sometimes do.
