Many things missing, many not working. It would be simpler to check the apartment before handing it over to the client. The apartment needs complete renovation. Broken tiles, dirty and broken sofa, broken furniture in the kitchen and terrible maintenaned in bedrooms. No privacy incide bedrooms - common room is made from terrace so 1 wall its only glass without curtains. To pass there you have to walk through bedrooms The kitchen is small and with the cheapest and old appliances (microwave is a mess). Problems with electricity: you can't keep working washing machine and air conditioner at the same time. And if you have 3 fans working + air con and would turn on microwave - power will switch off. Air con is small. It's hard to cool sleeping rooms. And the worst part - you must be aware, because water drops inside 8l plastic bottle. So every 6 hours you must empty it, otherwise it will flood the kitchen. Beds are only mattresses on the basis, so they slip away when you move. And pillows....inside covers they are dirty... The washing machine has tonnes of fungi inside, so it took me 3 cycles at least to stop that terrible smell. Never ever again for this money
