“Apartment ok, dissapointing service”

The apartment is basic but it is sufficient gor a few days. Beds and pillows are comfortabel. Apartament us close to the bus station and the apartment offers a parking spot on the garage but it is not big enough for a 7 seat car

To be improved

Service is very poor. The host was hardly reachable. Almost no basic products available on the apertment(no salt, sugar, oil, no detergent for washing machine. I asked if there was a broom available on the apartment and did not get any feedback at all. There is a road with quite som traffic passing in front of the building entrance what is dangerous with little kids Without prior notice they lock the door at the day of the check out at 12:00. We were lucky but it could have leave us in a difficult situation with half of the baggage on the apartment and a host not reachable 😡

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Having a parking place, and access to local grocery/coffee shops was an advantage in that area of the town. Internet speed was good.

To be improved

The nearby car wash making a lot of noise, particularly in the morning. Most of the kitchen equipment were rather old, with cheap and low quality. The electronic lock of the entrance door to the apartment was sometimes activating the siren with no reason, which was rather annoying and was disturbing the other neighbors in the block. Also one of the beds was broken.
