Apartamento San Remo Soleado

Our family stay at this apartment was a complete nightmare. The listing falsely advertised a "second bed," which turned out to be a broken sofa bed. As a result, our children had to alternate sleeping on the floor each night. We couldn't offer them the bedroom because the broken sofa bed couldn't accommodate us adults. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't close, providing zero privacy. On our second day, we were locked inside the apartment for two hours due to a faulty door lock. When we contacted the host, she responded with hostility, blaming us for not reporting these issues earlier, instead of taking responsibility for the property's condition. Eventually, three individuals arrived to fix the problems while we were inside, spending over an hour and a half making repairs. This was unsettling, especially for our children, who felt scared and unsafe. Additionally, the apartment was infested with ants. They were everywhere – in the kitchen, on the terrace, in the sofa, the bathroom, and even in the beds. We couldn't leave any food out without attracting them. The host never apologized for these issues and instead treated us with disrespect. We strongly advise against staying at this property. It was an incredibly distressing experience that no family should have to endure.
