“Overall a good apartment and value for money if looking to be in the Corralejo area but not in the centre”

We liked the location being close to the sea in a quiet part of town. The apartment is small but fine for 2, is modern, looks recently renovated in part and overlooks the pool and towards the sand dunes and the balcony has the afternoon and evening sun. The apartment is well equipped with all essentials and a washing machine. The bathroom is very nice and looks new. The pool was very nice and quiet and everything was very clean. Everyday the cleaners were sweeping the grounds and testing the pool. The representative was very helpful with access and arranged for us to have a late checkout. We always managed to get a parking space but it was limited within the secure area with ANPR. The complex felt very safe as only residents can enter.

To be improved

The apartment only had 1 fan. Due to the hot weather more are needed. We took our own just in case. Also there are no umbrellas around the pool which gets sun all day- there is no shade there on on the balcony so on a hot day you cannot stay long. The shower cubicle leaked water onto the floor - we advised the representative and they said it would get checked. Some of the neighbours live there so you can get a little noise when they are going to work but you get used to it. Next door has a cat and the neighbour leaves cat litter on their balcony which sometimes smelt. If we stayed again we would prefer a ground floor apartment as they have shade/ umbrellas.

“Exceptional”

The best

Mauri was an excellent host, offering failsafe instructions for accessing the apartment. Due to strikes in Germany, I was 5 days late arriving for my stay, but Mauri maintained contact at all times and held the apartment till I arrived...

To be improved

I look forward to the time the pool becomes a little warmer. It was beautifully clean and well maintained, simply a little too refreshing for my taste ;-)

“Great stay with good host”

The best

Very peaceful secure resort. Apartment is small but has it all. Overlooks large pool in corner of 2 storey block. Great for sunset drinks on balcony as sun sets onto this area of block. Pool is large and quite. Fully functioning kitchen to cater for all needs. Owner very responsive to needs. Secure electric gated carpark and pedestrian access via fob.

To be improved

Location is on edge of resort about 1 mile from main strip. So if not mobile you will need taxis to get around.

Liked the edge of town location. Supermarket and beach close by. Longer walk into town centre. Sunny balcony. Good wi fi. The owners representative was very pleasant and helpful. Flexible entry time.

To be improved

The property’s appearance, in our opinion, is tired and does not live up to the listings photographs. No shade on balcony and around the pool area. Basic offering of kitchen utensils.
