“Disappointing Shabby, dirty,apartment, would never rebook!”

The location , not far from railway station and supermarket.

It was shabby and dirty. The walls weren’t clean and lots of damaged plaster. It had only 2 large cups (apartment accommodated 6) so we purchased extra, it didn’t have wine glasses. The shower was filthy on arrival and the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. The umbrella on the balcony was broken and unsightly. The lamp in the living room didn’t work either.The aircon units in the living room and one bedroom didn’t work on arrival and then the aircon unit in another bedroom started leaking which meant the bed was soaking wet and we had to move a single bed across the door to avoid getting wet. Only one aircon unit got repaired during our stay so sleeping conditions for the second couple were appalling. This happened when temperatures in Seville were reaching 40! In addition we had ants all over the apartment. We messaged the host daily regarding the aircon but communication was very poor.

To be improved

All the walls were grubby and a fresh coat of white paint is long overdue. Generally speaking, a tired, run down property. The shower nozzle needs to be cleaned as the water did not come out evenly at all.

Climb 3 storey with luggages. No lift. Complicated registration. Toilet run out of hot water fast.
