The apartment is large, the kitchen is large. Wi-fi is fast and reliable.

To be improved

Windows are very poor: cigarette smoke from the cafe terrace underneath freely enters the apartment. Same with loud noise from a nearby bar. Bathroom sink is small. Electricity is unreliable: if air conditioner is operating together with a water boiler, you can’t use any other appliances. The bed in master bedroom is quite small. The mattress is uncomfortable.

Steps to apartment steep & in poor condition, banisters poor condition. Rain came through ceiling, had to put buckets & bowls along corridor, not a new leak!!! Electrical system kept tripping. Shower - water came out at the base instead of out of head. The whole place not fit for purpose.
