Pots and pans could do with updating, pillows on bed need renewing, however mattress very comfortable. Cushions on outdoor furniture need to be washed or renewed.

“We had a very relaxed stay in a comfortable, well equipped apartment in a perfect location.”

The apartment is really nice with everything that we needed being provided down to a shopping bag. There is a comfortable bed in the bedroom and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony, complete with shaded area, overlooks the beach (Gran Playa) and gets the sun in the afternoon with spectacular sunsets in the evenings. The location is perfect with the beach and the promenade just one minute away. There is a full sized supermarket within a five minute walk and the central bus station and Saturday market are within a ten minute walk. There is a very good Italian restaurant located on the ground floor of the building and many other restaurants just around the corner opposite the marina. The host was excellent in communicating with regard to our arrival and we were met by someone who gave us the keys and showed us access to the WIFI etc.
