“would not stay there again despite good location”
The best

good location in historic center. pedestrian oriented, quiet neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shopping.

To be improved

modern building but poorly insulated for sound. noise from neighbors extremely loud. unit is buried in center of building only one widow to exterior. kitchen and bedroom windows on air shaft which amplified noise from neighbors. no terrace, balcony or any access to exterior, or sunshine. relatively dark apartment. really a missed opportunity. sporadic Wi-Fi , weak, unsecured signal.
