The best

We spent a fantastic few days in this apartment. It is modern, clean and fully equipped with everything that you might need during your stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area but close to all means of transportation and all amenities. However, the highlight of our stay was the host, Carlos who was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at Carlos' place when visiting Sevilla. We look forward to coming back soon ☺️.

“Good enough appartment in a questionable neighborhood”

The appartment itself is ok. There is nothing really wrong with it and you have evertyhing you need, although it is also nothing special.

To be improved

The neighborhood where it is located is strange. The streets are full of dog shit, it is literally everywhere. It is very noisy also. The building with the appartment is old, dirty and stinky. Overall relatively poor price-performance ratio.

“A great apartment, good location, friendly and helpful host”
The best

Absolutely fab apartment, clean, comfortable and a great host. Met us and showed us the free parking across the road, local shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Public transport across the road and only 10 mins to centre of seville. Football stadium 10 mins walk. Carlos gave us all directions and tips to make our trip the best!!
