Apartamento Sevilla- Los Remedios

We were asked to define our arrival time and we replied between 3:00 and 4:00pm. The instructions stated that someone would meet us there. We got there at 3:45pm. The address stated it was on number 8, when in fact it was number 8b, small difference but consequential in this case. We waited 25 minutes, no one showed up. Since we didn’t have any phone service, we had to ask someone on the street if they could help us, which they did. They called the number on the reservation and were told the key was kept in the store next door. We walked over and got the key, problem solved ! So, in the event people don’t have phone service or do not speak Spanish, may I suggest that the instructions state: « retrieve the key in the travel agency on the left of 8b. Make sure to bring a copy of your reservation », for example. It sure would have made our first impression more positive. Thanks !

Disapointed with price of parking.45 euros for 2 days. No hot water and no électricity this morning.

It is very noisy, you canjear the people outside discussing, the cars, the trash car at night and you can see all the lights from outside from the cars passing or day light. Unfortunately, it was really hard for us to sleep the 2 nights.
